My ex is dreaming of me!

Ok so I just had a baby in January so my baby will be 5 month tomorrow, my ex boyfriend who was a good friend before we dated messaged me on fb 2 months ago asking if i was pregnant i said no i just had a baby he tells me he had a dream that i told him i was pregnant. shortly after my husband had a dream that i was pregnant then after that my ex messaged me again telling me he had the same dream then today he messaged me asking if i was sure that im not pregnant because once again he had the same dream. My husband and i had sex 3 days before ovulation and 3 days after. After all these dreams im getting a feeling that i might be. What are the chances. My niece even tells me im pregnant. And thats been going on for a month now. The 4 test ive taken so far are negative but i also havent taken them first thing in morning
