The scars remind me that you were here,

Sometimes I wish I could have held you near

But God had other plans for us both,

Today I thought of you and I remembered how my body grew

How you made my heart flutter fast at nights and made my blood pressure go up..Sleepness nights and early morning sickness..

You made me a special mom for 9 whole weeks...Then you gained your wings..

I'm left with a scar to show evidence you were here...
