Has anyone had clomid work to make you ovulate the first cycle, then fail to make you ovulate the second cycle?

I’d gotten my hopes up that my body was finally responding to something and I wouldn’t have to deal with 100+ day cycles for a little while but this cycle (at the same dosage as the first) hasn’t worked. I’m so crushed.

IVF

isn’t an option for us because of some health issues with me. We were really pinning our hopes on clomid and now I’m not even responding to it 😞💔
