Infection?! W on my tww

Found out missed miscarriage at 8w on April 3rd.

After my missed miscarriage I got my af on May 5th and apparently ovulation on the 18th.

Last night I had some cramping, that lasted for 5hours, woke up today couldn’t stop going to pee and with symptoms of a urine infection.

Could this be a sign I’m pregnant? It’s still to early to test. Glow has my af at June 1st.

Now I don’t know what to do, can I take medication? Not knowing if I could be pregnant, I am scared to take something that could be harmful :(

This is so hard!!!

The not knowing, and even think if I am pregnant, could a infection be a bad sign.

Ttc after miscarriage is so difficult, I feel so scarred.

Any advice?
