Highly sensitive baby

My daughter is 6 months old and has recently started doing this thing where she hates going outside, she’s very fussy hardly wants to stay in her stroller or carrier, I’ve stopped using them both now I just have to carry her around when we’re outside or else she’s just screaming

She HATES seeing new people, as soon as she notices a new face she’s crying. It makes it so difficult to be social and meet people.

I too now absolutely hate going outside or meeting people because she’s very sensitive about it.

I don’t know what can I do to change this, it was never like this until she turned 6 months old
