Help a girl out 😞

So this is my cycle right now which is 100% unusual for me. I have a 32 day cycle and about 10 days after my period, I got another one. And my periods don’t ever last more than 5-6 days, but this one is heavy (unusual again) and I’m still bleeding on day 8. I started vitex & I thought maybe that was the cause but I started that on the 20th/21st so my period had already started. Any tips at all? This has never happened. TTC now for 8 months. Thanks y’all
