Any Remedies?

How do you guys deal with nausea or sickness? Any home remedies or tips that helped you? I just don’t want to take medicines for everything but not sure how to deal with it. Any suggestions would be very helpful. My first appt is after 2 weeks so I am super stressed.

Ginger is suppose to be really good for nausea you can try ginger tea or candied ginger. Also people say spearmint/peppermint tea also helps.

I went to my first appointment earlier this week and my doctor recommended trying to eat more protein, because the nausea is partially caused by changes in your blood sugar and the protein may help stabilize it and will stick in your stomach longer. If you have an aversion to meat, he recommended snacking on nuts or even drinking ensure if you are feeling really nauseous. This has been helping me so far, I hope it helps you too!

I’ve been drinking strawberry banana and ginger smoothies every morning. The ginger helps a lot. I’ve also been eating saltines like crazy. My husband just bought me some ginger peach tea but I haven’t tried it yet. And lemon drop candies help me too. Hope this helps
