Any good drug store brand eyeliner ?? That’s like a good dark black ? Or even water resistant? From target/Walmart/cvs?

I buy almost all high end make up. Except eye liner. I buy covergirl. Just the cheap basic one. It’s the best I’ve ever found.

Tbh, I go to the DollarStore right down the street for my eyeliner and mascara. Sometimes they have GOOD name brand stuff. Usually I just go with wet n wild or LA colors
