TDAP for family members

My husband and I got our TDAP shots and asked our families to do the same. My family had no issue with getting them. My in-laws are making a big deal and acting offended that I’ve asked this.

I also don’t want anyone kissing my baby and I’m afraid that’ll be a big deal for them too.

Am I wrong for asking them to get the shot? They aren’t anti-vax they just feel they shouldn’t have to do it. I want them to get the shot to protect my son and I feel like they should respect my wishes if they plan to be around him a lot.
