How soon will a doctor induce you for high blood pressure?

This is my second pregnancy and they induced me at 36 wks then for preeclampsia. So as of right now I’m scheduled to be induced at 38 wks for just my blood pressure and they’ve already sent me to the hospital 5 times and I see my doctor 2 times a wk. I’m currently 34 wk but will they let me go the full 38 wks if I just have high bp and no preeclampsia? Just wondering if I should prepare myself for earlier than 38 wks!!!

I mean it never hurts to just be prepared honestly. There’s plenty of stories of mom going on at 36/37 week appointment and they tell them to go to the hospital that day or the next. I would rather be prepared than not.

My doctor said they'll be inducing at 37 weeks unless they need to take the baby early, but nothing has been scheduled yet. 🤷

I’m being induced for high BP at 37 weeks. I had preeclampsia with my first, but not until later so I was induced at 39 then.
