Feels like being stabbed in the brain?!

So as of today and yesterday I have been getting these literal 10 second long sharp pains to my head (usually localized to the center or right of my head) has anyone else had this happen? Is it something to be worried about? Or dehydration related?

I get these as well. I had them long before pregnancy but they were really bad in the first trimester for me. I haven’t found any remedies that work.

I get those as a warning like stab stab ho a migraine is on its way in a day or two stab stab

I have had this for many years now. Wayyyyy before pregnancy. I was told by my doctor that it is called primary stabbing headaches and that there isn’t much they could do to treat it. It is INSANELY painful so I definitely feel for you if this is what you are dealing with as well.

Have you cut or limited caffeine? That can cause a bad one that sticks around forever or just plain hormone related. Google Ice pick headaches. It’s a real thing and maybe you’ll find some relief. Good luck.
