Miscarriage? Or just something normal.

I got the depo shot about two weeks ago and according to my cycle, I’m a month late if not for the shot. I started spotting and bleeding heavily with horrible cramps and I didn’t know what was going on. I’ve been going through a very stressful month and I don’t know if this is because of the shot that this image happened or I miscarriaged because once this came out the cramps went away. Maybe I’m just overthinking this. Please help... ( throughout the month I have taken tests for pregnancy and I think they’ve been negative but I’m unsure because it was awhile ago when I took them.)
