Remedies or opinions ??

Alright ladies so I’m currently 8w3d and yesterday morning I came down with a terrible cold , ended up going to urgent care just to play it safe & found out I have a viral upper respiratory infection, called my OB informed her and was told I could take Sudafed PE , bought some and now it just seems like it’s making its way into a terrible sinus infection , everything is hurting (face&head) I’ve gone through 2 rolls of toilet paper , Vick’s vapor rub I cannot even smell & it’s causing me to not sleep because nothing is helping & I cannot breathe . I feel crazy if I go back to my primary doctor and see if he’d prescribe me antibiotics , but I do want to take EVERY precaution. What would you ladies do ??
