Okay so me and my ex went to court and he got visitation on Wednesday & Friday 6-8 and Sunday 4-6. He works a second job at a restaurant that is very lenient with the schedule. He has already missed his first 8 visitations due to his “work schedule”. Keep in mind this job is lenient and he has rearranged his schedule plenty of times to work around his other child. He had the previous weekend off so he could have gotten her Friday and Sunday but did not show up. Then I asked him for formula and he said “that’s what child support is for” which I won’t receive until June.. so what are my options here?

LIKE IVE STATED PREVIOUSLY HE CHOOSES TO REVISE HIS WORK SCHEDULE FOR HIS SON BUT REFUSES TO DO IT FOR MY DAUGHTER
