7w6days miscarriage

So I was due on jan5 I had an ultrasound on Friday and it showed gestational sac and yolk no fetal pole. Yesterday I woke up wiped and I was bleeding. I immediately went to the hospital. They basically checked my hcg levels and sent me home to miscarry if I would. I cried and I prayed but still eventually started bleeding constantly. I went to the bathroom felt some trying to come out and out cane what’s probable my sacs because there was no fetal pole. Prayers for a sticky bean very soon 🙏🏾🙏🏾😔😔 good luck to you ladies. I’ll be going to the dr to confirm whenever I can. Picture below very graphic but I wanted to share.
