What are some comport snacks which are not too unhealthy?

I've been gaining weight lately for two reasons, which I can't avoid: I'm having a stressful time and there's too many unhealthy sweets at home.

First is obvious, I'm at the end of my studies and it's not going perfectly, so I have a lot to do and very little time to do it. I've dropped my sport classes for it and I'm basically at home most of the time studying.

Second is partially my fault. When I was finishing my thesis, I asked my dad (who buys food for the household) to bring me a dark chocolate. Well, he kind of took it as the green light for the junk food and have been buying other kind of candy, which has much less cocoa and much more sugar in it. So whenever I'm stressed about studying bot going well, I stop by the candy place and there's always something for me :/

I'm looking for some tips for an alternative to all that snacking, because I know it's there and if I don't have a quick healthy alternative, I'll go for it in times of need 🙈

I know it sounds pathetic, but healthy habits in this time and age require conscious planning and I don't have the brain capacity for that now
