What are some high calorie foods I can feed my 8 month old? I’m running outta ideas!

Avocado, sweet potato, oats, egg yolk. It depends what stage of eating he is at? Purée or finger foods etc

Make oatmeal using formula or breast milk. My daughter loved diced avocado, sweet potato and butternut squash. Black beans are good too. You can do them whole or mashed like refried beans.
