Bleeding

So imagine my surprise when I wake up from a nap to see bright red blood on my shorts and when I went to the bathroom. I immediately email my RE who of course hasn’t answered because it’s a holiday weekend in the US. I dont have blood work until Tuesday 5/28. So I’ll be taking meds and doing PIO until then because why not? I’m just feeling defeated. It’s not filling a pad and is only there when I wipe. The initial bleeding was enough to look like the start of AF but it’s stopping as time goes on. I just can’t tell because I’ve had cramps since day of transfer.

Anyone who experience this and go on to have a normal pregnancy? Or is it exactly what I think it is? Either way I know it’s abnormal.
