I think I’m pregnant 🤔🤔🤔

Hi everyone. I been trying for the last 2-3 months to get pregnant. I had my son April 1,2017 and I had been on the shot since I had him till October of 2018. After I stoped the shot because it was causing problems. I still had not had a period. I said something to my dr and of course she said its normal. I also went to a obgyn to be check and he said everything looked normal. Well last month I though I was pregnant I had all the symptoms but would not show positive on a home test. So I went to my dr and she done a blood test. Still come back not pregnant. So I talked to her and she told me could of been a period.. I went on like normal and on Mother’s Day I though I was pregnant had been having lots of sex and I just felt definitely. I took a home test and it was negative 💔 well Saturday morning I feel weird, like something just told me to go take a test... so I did. And I had a faded positive! Of course I’m excited but scared. I’m calling and making me a dr appointment for Thursday. Because I am high risk for early labor. (My son was born at 24weeks) I guess what I’m trying to ask is do you think I could be pregnant? I’m scared to go to the dr because I already been so many times over trying to get pregnant 💔 I just don’t want to come back home crying again.
