Please tell me this is normal!!

This is super TMI but it freaked me and my husband out. We were doing stuff and he was fingering me (SIDE NOTE FIRST I’m 10 weeks pregnant) and he stopped randomly and said he felt something weird. He started freak out and saying it was my uterus and he got freaked out and said he isn’t going to touch me again. What was it?? Because I don’t think it’s my uterus? Right?

If it is my cervix or uterus is that normal its so low? Will it hurt the baby? I miscarried in December and don’t want anything to happen.
