Boob help please!?

I exclusively pump and my flanges were too big. My nipples got sore and started to crack before the new ones shipped to my house and then I got mastitis. My nipples are starting to heal (still have a big red mark making my areolas look 4 times their normal size) but now I have pimple like bumps around the red marks on my boob (not on the areola). My flanges seem like they fit better but I feel like I'm still doing something wrong.
