What can I eat?

I am 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I’m not sure what I can and cannot eat. I haven’t had my first obgyn visit yet. I love tuna but I heard you can’t eat certain fish while pregnant is tuna one of those fish?

Tuna is high in mercury so stay away from it.  Especially canned tuna. Just google the best types of fish for pregnancy. Salmon and tilapia are good. There’s a couple others but be careful with your fish consumption because of all the mercury. It’s very dangerous to Little. 
Make sure everything, including steaks, are well done and cooked allllll the way through. 
Don’t eat mold ripened cheeses like blue cheese. Only eat pasteurized cheeses, honey, milk, juice. No raw honey or apple cider vinegar. 
No cold cuts, pepperoni, or salami unless they’ve been cooked to the point where they’re steaming. 
No pre-packaged salads, wash lettuce thoroughly before eating, to decrease the risk of listeria. 
Google what’s safe and unsafe for pregnant women to consume. There are a few drinks you should steer clear of too. Download some baby apps and they’ll have helpful articles for you too. 
There’s quite a bit of sacrifice but for the reward it’s nothing.

Yes tuna needs to be limited. Google it and you can find a list. Everyone has their own opinions but I personally like to follow the rules to know I’m doing everything I can to ensure a healthy pregnancy (multiple miscarriages will do that to you)

U can eat tuna just not a lot bc of the Mercury.  Salt is something u should avoid.  It causes swelling and some believe it can cause preeclampsia.

Google it. There should be a list online. Cool it on fish and hot dogs. If you want a hot dog get the kosher ones. Try to focus on healthy options like eggs, Greek yogurt, fruits, veggies, and proteins. It will make you feel better long term.
