Need some happily ever after

B • Thu, Sep 24 • 30yrs old. 1 past miscarriage at 9weeks, one 3yr old toddler, currently pregnant hopefully with baby #2

Has anyone had a very first pregnancy end in mc around 9 weeks and then got pregnant and your Second pregnancy went fine? I had a MMC at 11 weeks baby stopped growing at 9, now a few months later I just got a BFP and am scared to death, looking for some postive stories :)
