Frenulum is a general term that can be applied to any body part where tissue connects moving parts. You have a frenulum under your tongue and under your upper lip

Where is the option for “Not one of the above”. It is the little dark strip of :skin: that runs from his pee hole down to the skin of his penis. It is on the front side (when he is erect), under the foreskin if he is intact. Some men like it when you lick/rub there. Most do not care.
Yours is behind the vaginal entrance where the outer lips joins. It is often torn during rough sex in a woman.

The piece of skin connecting the head of the penis to the shaft. I read an article here on eve about it. Apparently it feels really good when you touch it and it’s really sensitive. That’s only one definition though, and it’s the most widely known, but a frenulum is technically any piece of skin connecting 2 things (bad explanation). So like that piece of skin under your tongue for example

I had a frenulectemy (however you spell It) when I was 13 because my tongue was attached at the front of my mouth. So I don’t think it’s any of these.
