Sore and heavy breasts early signs ?

For past two days my breasts have been so sore that I can’t even let my 4 year old hug me as they hurt even with the lightest of touch. They are also feeling heavier. Are  these signs of pregnancy ? I’m cramping as well but I don’t want to test until I miss AF
