12 week appointment

So we have our 12 week appointment May 30th (first US at 8 weeks and bloodwork and another ultrasound at 10 weeks just because we wanted to see our cub). Will they offer to do an ultrasound just to check the pregnancy since it’s the “end of first trimester check”? Anything I should expect? I also believe they want to do a Pap because i haven’t had one since my MC in December (in which I’m nervous about because i don’t want to start bleeding). What else would they do other than that, and would I get another ultrasound?
