Worried...UPDATE

UPDATE:: My blood work three weeks ago was 6000 and this week was 18000!! The dr said it’s reassuring and I’m so glad!! I was a nervous wreck. Thank you everyone for thinking about us

According to my lmp I am 9 weeks and 2 days today. I’ve taken 3 pregnancy test all positive. I went for an ultrasound at a pregnancy clinic today just for peace of mind because my first appointment isn’t until June 12th and it made it worse. The ultrasound was only showing that I was measuring 6 weeks and 1 day and they couldn’t find a heartbeat. Is this normal for being as far along as I’m supposed to be?? I’m waiting now at the hospital to see if they will do bloodwork this would be my third pregnancy
