Do you see a positive?!

My husband and I have been TTC since September. I’ve been taking ovulation tests pretty frequently and over the past 2 weeks all the ovulation tests have been positive which is strange it because it normally only is positive for a couple days. Anyways today I woke up super nauseous and threw up but felt pretty okay after that. So I definitely have several symptoms. I took this test tonight and it’s super faint but I see 2 lines. I’m just curious if anyone else can see them?? Am I going crazy and seeing things?! 🙏🏼
