Morning timing?
My alarm goes off at 5, but I usually wake up a bit around 3:30/4:45 and snuggle with my cat, while we snooze. Should I be checking my temp when I “sort of” wake up or with my alarm?
By sort of I mean I wake up lightly, roll over, give her some pets as she snuggles up and doze off until my alarm goes off
