Weird throat ache?!

A few months ago something odd started to happen on and off. Randomly when I breathe deeply through my nose or My mouth, the upper left side in the back of my throat has a slight ache too it? It doesn’t hurt to swallow, and this comes and goes. It happens more so when I’m anxious and take a lot of deep breathes more often. When I look it up I only see things about throat cancer, but I don’t have swollen lymph nodes. What could this be?
