Swollen Hands??

So I feel like my hands are swelling just a tad bit. They feel super hot and like crunchy if I try to make a fist?? Not sure how to describe the sensation. Anyone else have hand swelling? My feet are a tiny bit swollen, but barely noticeable. I live in Georgia and it’s already sunny and 95F here😩 this summer is going to be rough.

I'm in VA and its been pretty hot here too. My feet have been swelling if I'm on them all day and I find my hand swells when they are dangling by my side. I try to open and close my fist to help with circulation. I've taken my wedding rings off just incase. I drink plenty of water but its almost like my boby just retains the water until night time and I'm up peeing all night

Yes! I took my wedding ring off and will leave it off until after baby. It feels better now that it doesn’t have that constricting it.

I’m in GA as well so I know the feeling ! Try to reduce salt intake and drink lots of fluids, my favorite has been lemon water. I can’t even get my rings off my fingers because they’re swollen 😩 it’s worse in my calves and ankles, even when they don’t look swollen them feel tight and painful.

Mine get that way at night after I’ve been laying on the couch or gone to bed. They’re better by morning and it’s pretty mild but I’m more comfortable if I take my wedding rings off first.
