Extreme cramping, TMI

Sorry this might be a little TMI.

So today DH and I did a little BD and I had probably the most intense orgasm of my life and about 30 minutes later I started cramping badly. It only lasted for about 10 minutes, but then about 8 hours later I started cramping badly again. To the point where I was bent over an crying:(
