So last year (end of February) my fiancé found out he had stage 2 testicular cancer. March 9th he had surgery to remove his right one. Found out few weeks later, it was a bit too late and it had spread to his lymph nodes (only stage 1). So, that July he started his first round of chemo. He went through 4 rounds, and got done Mid-October. We have been trying since then to conceive. Obviously with zero luck.. he doesn’t want to get his semen tested, because he’s scared we can’t have more kids.. we agreed to give it a year and if still no luck by then he will get tested.. my question is, has anyone gotten lucky enough to fall pregnant after their spouse went through chemo?
