Help! Could my 9 week old be teething?

Hi everyone! My 9 week old has been super fussy the last 2 days as well as today. She seems to want to nurse every 45 minutes and isn’t sleeping well at all. She barely naps during the day and she’s sleeping in 3 hour stretches at night when she usually does 5-6 hour stretches. She’s been furiously chewing her hands and having lots of spit bubbles. I know she’s young but could she be teething?! She has no fever but her temperature is around 37 C whereas it’s usually around 36.5 C. She’s also sticking her hand in her mouth WHILE I breastfeed her. She’s been super grizzly and weepy as well, she’s never been this “needy” before. I took a picture (while she was crying 😅) but it’s not a great one. Could that be a tooth?!
