I have NOT smoked and nursed. But I had a question about it. I live in NV and it's legal here. But before I had a baby I would smoke and it would help my depression and anxiety tremendously. Well now that I have a 4 month old and 2 1/2 year old my PPD (postpartum depression) and PPA (postpartum anxiety) is horrible. I really want to smoke, when my husband is watching the kids of course. But I don't want to while I'm still breastfeeding. Has anyone nursed and smoked? Anyone know of the risks? This doesn't mean I'm going to. I was just curious. (I won't tolerate anything rude)
