I really don’t want to go to L&D If I’m not in true labor but I DONT KNOW!

I am 37+1 and very bad at timing contractions cause I am a first time mom and really have no idea what I am doing. I am having irregular belly tightening BUT I have had constant lower back pain / cramps and pressure in my crotch that hasn’t gotten better for over an hour with rest, water laying on my side. I was in so much pain I had to wait to drive home from work to breathe through it. Baby is being super active and I am having a severe amount of pain right above my belly button that is super painful to touch and I getting waves of nausea.

I get labor feels different for everyone but I literally don’t know or understand and just want to cry. 😢
