Anyone else battling Early pregnancy bloating?

Hey ladies :) 
​I am 4 weeks with baby #2 and I can't get over how bloated I always look and feel, does anyone else have this?  
​I'm a healthy eater and gym bunny so I wasn't expecting any visual signs of pregnancy till about 12 weeks I didn't with baby #1 so has taken me by surprise
​We aren't telling anyone until 12 week scan any tips on how to keep bloating down

My bloating was really bad about three weeks ago. I am now 11 weeks. I stopped drinking regular milk and switched to soy, stopped eating brocolli, stopped eating big meals and laid off of the heavy, greasy pastas and fried stuff. All that helped A LOT!

Me too! I'm only 3 weeks & 5 days and soo bloated this is baby #3 probably that's why ?

I'm having the same trouble, I've just been sticking to my usual workouts and drinking lots of water...seems to be helping a bit, but it's definitely going to make it hard to keep secret if this keeps up.

Yeah... I'm chubby but love to exercise and I haven't had the chance to do more than walking because of fatigue. However, I'm a vegetarian and can't eat hardly any veggies or fruits without wanting to puke! I'm living off of pad thai and peanut butter.... I feel gross and bloated and I can't wear my tighter clothes even though I have not gained weight.

Yeah I feel huge already....tummy already poking out and I feel overly full all the time. This is #2 for me as well

I'm taking Gas-X when it's really bad. I read it is safe while pregnant but even so I'm only taking it when it's REALLY bad and uncomfortable (which was only once so far).

I am very small at 5" and 100 lbs and I also feel like I'm very bloated. I am 11 weeks and my belly button has already popped out. I also have a very strange lump on the lower left side of my belly button. Which makes me wonder if the lump is what's making my belly button pop out. I go to the doctors on Monday but I am very worried. I feel like I shouldn't have a bump already. Anyone feel a lump on one side when they tighten up their stomach??

Iv Been keeping up the gym but I'm so so tired that it's taking a huge amount of effort and I need a nap after my workout but no matter what I eat I'm still bloated and so early on I feel silly thinking you can see it I'm glad it's not just me and you lovely ladies are in the same boat on the plus side we have little miracles growing inside us and if we are due about the same time (April 2015) our little blessings will be totally worth our pot bellies lol xx
