Nuvaring?

Question

Does anyone have any experience with the Nuvaring? Im looking for birth control options for after my pregnancy. 
If so, could you tell me a little bit about how you liked it and if your partner could feel it during sex? Was it hard to remove? Any info at all would be appreciated.

I have it. I love mine!
I take mine out when having sex but the only thing I have to complain about is the acne and the discharge, the discharge is a lot lol. Other than that it’s simple to use and has made my periods lighter.

I was on it for years before getting pregnant, it’s very easy to insert and remove, my husband said he very rarely felt it, and only once did it come out during sex (think ringtoss😂). You can remove it for sex also if you want! My only recommendation is that when you insert it close to the end of your period and you still are using tampons, be very careful when removing your tampon that you don’t accidentally get hooked on the ring and have the ring pulled out and land in the toilet! Just remove the tampon very slowly and look to make sure you’re not caught on the edge of the ring!

I loved it compared to the pill. My partner did say he could feel it sometimes but it didn't bother him.  It is easy to insert and remove, you dont even realize its there and only have to worry about it once a month when you need to remove/ replace it so it's much more convenient. I took it out to get pregnant and was pregnant within 2 months. I willl go back on after I have the baby.

I loved the nuva ring! My bf never felt it during sex but the first time we had sex after having it in it got pushed higher than I had it and I was scared it fell out/was stuck but after a little while it goes back in place. 
I never felt it when it was in either and it never came out unless I took it out

I was on the NuvaRing for 4 years until I stopped taking BC when we started TTC. I loved it, and look forward to going back on it after the baby comes.
Insertion can take a little practice, the ring can slip out if you don't have it in far enough. Taking it out isn't hard either, it just takes some getting used to. The rings are supposed to stay refrigerated, and it sometimes helps to let the new one warm up to room temp before you put it in.
My husband said that he couldn't feel it during regular intercourse, only during foreplay if he had his fingers in me. I think he liked it though, it was a physical reminder that we were taking precautions against pregnancy.
My withdrawal bleeds were more regular and easily manageable than my periods ever were, and I was happy to finally say goodbye to hormonal mood swings while I was on the ring as well.
Finally, talk to your doctor about whether they are okay with just having you leave one ring in for four weeks, then put the next  ring in right away. They are supposed to have enough hormones to last a full 4 weeks, so you might not even have to deal with a period at all.
