Could I still be pregnant?

Day 11 of missed period and AF nowhere in sight, all negative tests, I feel pregnant (I have two other children)....
Blood test Friday....don’t want to get my hopes up but I still don’t know why AF hasn’t shown her ugly face. Uggg this is torture

Maybe it’s something you can be taken to make your period late if the home pregnancy test doesn’t pick up the hormone in your body it can be something medical going on
