A little frustrated

I just lost my summer job😞 my boss told my it was due to always being on my phone. I’m barely on my phone at work, the only time I look at it is to check the time if there is no clock around me. I get treated like a child! Everyone else I work with is on their phones almost all the time and NEVER get spoken too. What makes me even more upset, is my boss told me all this the day after my family and I lost our uncle due to cancer. She didn’t say sorry to do this or that she felt bad, she walked away and ignored me. I just needed a little vent session, has anyone been through something like this that would be willing to help me through this or have any tips? It’s my first job.

On a better note: I have been put in charge of my dance class to take the roll of “stage mom” and I may already have other jobs to go to as well as being asked to film my high school graduation!

Edit: I ended up getting a new job, and my current boss told me to only go in three more days because I couldn’t go in one day. I was then asked if I would go in today for a celebration, I responded with saying I was unsure because I had felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome and she responded with telling me not to return at all
