This is frustrating!

So I got over a very short 3 day period when it's usually 7 at least a few days over that. I've taken 4 tests within this time. Does anyone see a positive in any of these?

I think I might see a vvvvfl with the 2 tests in one pic. I dont know what going on but I'm been feeling nauseous like I did with my first son and always tired. I'm starting to think there's something wrong with all the tests I'm taking..
