Baby shower? No friends to help?

I'm in the situation where I do not have anyone to help me plan a baby shower. 
Anyone else throw their own? 
Did you ask friend to help you? 
I don't mind planning my own, it's just ice to have friends/family help. It doesn't look like the case for me.

I planned one on my own. 
It was a no frills kind of thing, really. I got some nice gifts - I bought food, some decorations, favors, and stuff for mimosas and everyone got drunk (except me, obviously lol) and we had a good time 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
If it’s something you wanna do- then go ahead and do it! Especially if you don’t mind doing the planning, and spending a bit of money on it 😊 I’m glad I did it.
