I need help

I am 22 years old. I lost my virginity to my boyfriend at 21. I have been with him for a little over a year now. I guess you can say things got a bit wild after intimacy. I had taken 4 plan b’s in less than a year (2 condoms broke, the other two we were irresponsible and I don’t want to take anymore because I don’t want cause harm to my body) and I have never taken birth control(because I don’t want my body to change or depend on it ). I have been using the ovulation calendar app and ovulation tests to prevent pregnancy and it was accurate with both my period and ovulation. My boyfriend had recently came in me twice 4 days after my ovulation . Has anyone used this method? Has it been accurate with you? Should I be worried ?
