hubby low morphology

so we have been ttc for over 2 and half years now and no luck. Done so many tests and for me they all came out normal but for husband he has low morphology. He has done sperm analysis twice and they both came low. one its was 1% and other 2%. but the doc didnt say thats a factor for not getting preg. she said just take some vitamins and should be fine. Has anyone managed to get pregnant with low morphology without going through ivf. dont know if we should keep trying naturally or go straight to icsi. 😣
