I’m pretty sure I know when I conceived? I need help

Ok ladies bare with me this is a little long lol.

For month of April I ovulated April 10th

April 12th was intercourse and a medium chance of pregnancy which I’m sure that is the day I conceived

On my due date calendar am I entering the day I conceived?

Reason I’m asking is cause implantation bleeding is suppose to be 11-14 days after ovulation and that adds up to April 24th for a few days.

I had mild cramping and a very light show. Like wiping and barely need a panty liner not even a tampon cause it’d be a waste of tampon.

And I think that would make sense cause then that would put me at 8W 6d January 3rd

If I go off of April 24th being first day of my last period I will be 5W 1d January 29th and I have NOT had any bleeding I would consider like implantation bleeding. I have said from the very beginning I don’t believe that was my period. My period is so heavy like I have to change my tampon 30 minutes type 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I have very bad cramps.

Some women do know when they conceived and I’m pretty sure I got this right being shy of 9W

I’m so anxious to know because I won’t see my dr with my first appointment till another 8 Weeks ! That is how booked up he is 😐 I’ve already told them I’m sure I’m further along and they can’t get me in any sooner
