Possible water break??

For the past few days, I'll go to the bathroom and have drops of wetness on my panties.. I asked my doctor about it and she didn't check it or anything like that, just told me that it's probably discharge.. but it's still going on & it doesn't seem like discharge to me, it's watery almost as if I peed a little but doesn't smell like pee or anything.

Is it possible for your water to break & leak this slowly? I've had some mild contractions over the past few days, but nothing strong enough to need to go in. I was also told at my appointment that I was only 1cm dilated, I don't know if that makes a difference?

First time mom here & have no idea what I'm looking for.

I also had a really strong "pop" in the middle of my lower belly this morning while using the restroom & it hurt just a small bit, not much at all?
