Confused

My period is 10 days late, I took this test when I was four days late. Back in March I got these same exact results on a pregnancy test after not getting my period in February. By the time I got to the doctors appointment I started bleeding there and my pregnancy test were coming out negative l. I was told maybe I suffered a chemical pregnancy ... this time around I’m not even accepting these results bc what if I have the same turn out again ? Or if it’s a false positive .. Idk. Has this happened to anyone ?
