Are you for or against letting your baby try some fresh fruit at 7 months old??

I give my kid every fruit in a mesh feeder since he was about 4m old, berries, orange, mandarin the list is endless.

My daughter is having a weird rash that appears on her temples when eating certain fruits. Ped doesn’t necessarily think it’s an allergic reaction but we are seeing the allergy specialist next week to figure out what is going on.. I’m wondering if it’s an acidity thing and she’s sensitive to it. 🤷🏻‍♀️... so at this point I have like 3 things I can feed her that I know she won’t react to sweet potato, squash, and banana

We’ve started to drop the mesh feeder now 
She’s had pear, peach, mango, banana, strawberry fresh (though deliberate preference for softer/riper examples) 
She’s also had the inside of an orange though it was so fiddly and messy not sure how regularly she will get that. 
Have started to give her steamed apple sticks.

I’ve been giving her bunch of fresh fruit/veggies in mesh feeder (apples, pears, mangoes, cherries, cucumbers, apricots,carrots, etc... no citrus, no strawberries yet). So far so good, but we don’t really have food allergies in the family, so hopefully baby won’t develop one either. The silicon feeder basically allows her to get the idea of the taste but prevents from choking
