Lexapro?

So I have been given lexapro for depression and anxiety, I am scare that I’ll start having harmful thoughts (worse depression then I have). I have worried so much about I have had a headache for 3 days....

who takes it and can give me advice?

I have my doctor and therapist personal phone numbers and it makes me feel a little better but I am soooo scared that if it gets worse I would harm myself or family and I don’t want to.

I feel like this is more then likely just my anxiety getting crazy. I have never had antidepressants even though I’ve been struggling since around 6th grade and currently 22.
