Please help

Need help! So my obgy had prescribed me with medroxyprogesterone for 10 days to regulate my period and also to try and get pregnant but it didn’t happen.I got my period for 3months straight and didn’t have to take it anymore because I got my period but now I haven’t had a period in 65 days and I’ve always been really irregular with my periods. My question is has any gotten pregnant using medroxyprogesterone and being so irregular. Thank you
